Refunds policy

Conditions for returns:

We are committed to providing a quality and satisfying learning experience for each of our participants. However, we realize that sometimes certain circumstances may cause a course to be canceled. Therefore, we provide the following refund policy

  • 100% refund if cancel within 2x24 hours after purchase or if the course is canceled/postponed by us.

  • No refunds once the course has started, unless special circumstances are approved by management.

  • No refund if the participant cancels his/her purchase before the course starts.

  • Refund requests can be made when there is a national or regional emergency situation.

  • We only accept refund from our product price

  • Tax, purchase cost, and shipping are not allowed to refund

Submit a refund request to customer@dibbantu with proof of purchase and reason for cancellation. Process 7-10 working days.

Returning Goods :

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Vouchers and Discount:
  • Purchases with discounts and vouchers are non-refundable for any reason.

  • Voucher codes contain the simple identity of the owner, we prohibit the sale/giving of vouchers to other people to maintain your privacy.

  • Vouchers have a time limit in accordance with the terms and conditions of the voucher

  • Discounted purchases cannot be upgraded to a class with a higher product cost.
